Ybor City 7th Avenue Streetscape
Ybor City is a National Historic Landmark District in Tampa and is a regional entertainment center. This project was designed to extend the extisting East 7th Avenue streetscape four additional blocks, east of 22nd Street. Rachel Rodgers was project manager for this streetscape concept and development of construction documents. Amenities included the design of historic paving pattern design, historic lighting elements, decorative benches, tree grates, and decorative trash receptacles for the streetscape. Coordination with the Ybor City Development Committee and Barrio Latino Review Board were critical to development of the site.
